(1) I agree to grant Sunscope Entertainment Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, agents, designees, clients, and partners (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively referred to herein as the “Released Subject Matter”), understood that it is the property of the Releasees. I acknowledge that Releasees will own such Released Subject Matter and further grant the Releasees permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Released Subject Matter in any manner whatsoever related to Releasees business, including without limitation, exhibitors, publications, advertisements, brochures, website, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. (2) I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Released Subject Matter by the Releasees before its use. I forever release and hold the Releasees harmless from all liability arising out of the use of the Released Subject Matter in any manner or media whatsoever and waive all claims and causes of action relating to the use of the Released Subject Matter, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. I warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my name or, if I am under eighteen, my parent or guardian must sign this Talent Release below. (3) In consideration for my Released Subject Matter, I understand that I am being paid for my Released Subject Matter in exchange the “PAYMENT” LISTED BELOW in the receipt for the Released Subject Matter is sufficient as consideration. I freely and without restraint consent to and give unto the Releasees the unrestrained right in perpetuity to own, utilize, or alter the Released Subject Matter in any manner the Releasees may see fit and for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation of any kind, granting the Releasees unrestrained rights to utilize the Released Subject Matter for exhibition worldwide in all mediums. (4) I waive, to the fullest extent that I may lawfully do so, any causes of action in law or equity I may have or may hereafter acquire against the Releasees or any of them for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark violation, right of publicity, or false light arising out of or in connection with the utilization by the Releasees of the Released Subject Matter. I indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from all liabilities or claims made due to participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that they are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, illnesses, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. This Talent Release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives.
