The ‘ProRes 422 HQ Servicing Turnover (SDR)’ shall be created from the source that represents final locked picture, final color grade, final VFX, and final sound whenever possible. These files may be used as image/sound source for downstream creative assets (trailers, edits, promos, etc.). 1920×1080 resolution may be acceptable.

The ‘ProRes 422 HQ Servicing Turnover (SDR): Textless Complete’ is a textless file to service preliminary efforts in localization, publicity, marketing or other work. File must represent the most current work-in-progress state (edit, color, sound, VFX) available at the time of the request, exclusive of any main title, locators, graphics or other on-screen text.  HD (1920×1080) resolution may be acceptable.

The ‘ProRes 4444 XQ Servicing Turnover (Dolby Vision)’ shall be created from the source that represents final locked picture, final color grade, final VFX, and final sound whenever possible. These files may be used as image/sound source for downstream creative assets (trailers, edits, promos, etc.). Delivery must include a Dolby Vision Metadata sidecar XML. HD 1920×1080 resolution may be acceptable.

The ‘H264 Servicing Turnover (SDR)’ shall be created from the source that represents final locked picture, final color grade, final VFX, and final sound whenever possible. There is no specific data rate defined, the data rate should be high enough to maintain good visual quality throughout, dependent on content.

Naming

There is not a defined naming convention for Servicing Turnover assets, however the name should be human readable and include descriptive details about the file (title, season, episode, format, frame rate, resolution, color space, transfer function, date created, version, etc.).

Submitting Completed Film & TV Basic Guidelines:

Films must be at least 70 minutes in length. The film must have visible production value on screen, despite your budget. Any Genre is acceptable.  We need Captions.  Music and Effects (M&E) tracks must be available for international sales consideration. You must be able to provide an uncompressed ProRes 422 HQ, HD digital master of your film on a hard drive. Please fill out the form below and tell us about your project and submit a screener.
